This week has been a bit of a challenge.......my husband baked cookies the other night and I could not resist, they smelled so good....and I had one it was so good and for 1 cookie it was 120 calories but I still stayed under my caloric intake for the day....
The recipe I want to share is Super Simple Grilled Chicken:
3 tbsp. soy sauce light
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp honey
Optional - 1 glove minced garlic; 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
place all ingredients for marinade in ziploc bag; add chicken and marinate one hr to overnight
preheat grill to a medium heat; grill 2-3 min on each side until done :)
