Good job first week everyone! Rockstars . . . that got perfect points. Amazing!


Whenever I keep a food log I am so much more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. So I start to think, "No thanks, I'll skip that quarter of a peanut butter sandwich you left on your plate."

And one cookie is a good treat . . . three cookies is a bad idea for a meal replacement.

So here's to week 2, and continued awareness that will lead us to healthy happy choices.
