2 Recipes

I would like to share two family favs: First (while its not necessarily a recipe) is replacing ground beef with ground elk meat. Regardless of your personal convictions for or against hunting, ground elk meat is: grass fed, organic, no GMOs, leaner than ground beef and turkey, more protein preserving than the others also. Most cannot taste the difference when prepared in dishes.
