Howdy, all. I'm the lucky guy who married Stephanie almost 10 years ago...yes, Stephanie, it's been almost 10 years. I participated in the last challenge with her, and had good success. The inches started coming off in week 1, but the pounds took a while to get moving. Thankfully, they finally caught up and I ended up within 7 pounds of my goal weight. I've put a couple back on since we finished last time, but I'm still only 10 pounds away. My inches still have a ways to go, but I'm not really sure what my goal should be for that, so we will see how it goes.
My goals for the challenge:
1. Lose 10 pounds early and then maintain for the duration.
2. Earn every point for water, food log, group challenge, personal challenge, weekly weigh-in/measure, and weekly blog.
Here's hoping everyone can find success and stay positive with themselves throughout the challenge. Together we lost more than an entire person in both pounds and inches last time. Can we get 2 people this go-around?
