12 Snacks to Avoid When You're Trying to Loose Weight

I found this on pinterest, (not like I am EVER on it). Maybe it will help, I know I learned a few things. I also find that the days I try to get in a lot of protein are the days I don't feel hungry. Also good to keep in mind when we are surrounded by a month of sugar cookies and chocolate. Hopefully this won't be when Stephanie makes our weekly goal no sugary snacks. I have 3 kids with birthdays this month, and you would hate to crush their dreams of having a birthday cake right? nudge nudge ; )
