1 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 T. Poppy seeds (opt.)
24 mini sandwich rolls ( Hawaiian, or the pretzel buns work great)
1 pound sliced Ham
1 pound sliced Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 9x13 baking dish (diposable work great)
In a bowl mix the first 4 ingredients
Slice and place rolls in bottom of pan
Layer ham, cheese, then remaining ham on rolls.
Place rolls tops in the pan.
Poor evenly the butter mixture over the top of rolls
Bake about 20 min. Until rolls are browned and cheese is melted.
Slice into individual rolls and serve.
I like to make a double batch and freeze one, pull it out about an hour before and then bake till brown.
