I usually go to the gym to work out. I love the variety that a gym offers; so many different machines and classes mean that my workouts are never boring. It is so much easier for me to be healthy and exercise consistently when I'm doing something different every day. So when my kids are sick, like this week, exercising is more of a challenge. I have a few workout Wii games (Wii Fit, Wii Sports, Zumba fitness 2, and Zumba Core) and a Jillian Michaels dvd (which I remembered this morning I loaned to a friend) but I've done them all so much they're not a lot of fun anymore. We recently got Amazon Prime and this morning I did a kickboxing workout that was really fun!
So my question for all of you...when you're stuck at home, what are your favorite workouts that keep you motivated?
