Love Your Body

One of my personal goal is to be kind to my body.  No criticizing it, no complaining about it, no mean comments about it.  Just love and appreciate it.  It's not a perfect body, but it is a wonderful one.  I'm grateful for it.  It's so easy to see its faults--too flabby, too droopy, too weak, too whatever--and I sometimes forget to see its strengths. Thank you, body, for being so great.
