Carne asada

So Steve just killed a cow elk and for us that mean lots and lots and lots of elk meat... Which I love. It's also super lean and healthy. You can use any cut of beef too. Cut the meat into thin strips or chunks. Get a pan on the stove nice and hot then add the meat let it sear on both sides with a little salt and pepper. Then add lots and lots of lime juice, enought to almost cover the meat. Then add chili flakes as much as you want for how spicy you want it. We love it extra spicy so we also put chili powder. Let the majority of the juice cook out and then it's ready to go. You can make taco, burritos, serve it with rice and beans or put it on a salad( healthiest choice). We love it. It's super easy and we make it all the time.
