Hello again!

So excited to be back for another challenge!! I was a little over-indulgent during (and after) Christmas and am ready to eat healthy and exercise hard. My name is Cindy and I've done a few of these challenges over the past year or so and they are always so motivating! I have 2 kids, a 3 year old daughter and an 8 month old son. I gained 50 pounds over this last pregnancy and am still working hard to get it off. The process is slower than I'd like, but I'm making progress. I love to swim and do zumba and I can do pretty much any form of repetitive cardio so long as I have a good book to read to take my mind off the monotony. :) One of my goals for the year is to do another triathlon (I did my first one a few months before getting pregnant with my son) so I need to work on my endurance, particularly my running. I'm not much of a fan of running--it's hard to read on the treadmill, too bouncy--so I've been dragging my feet a bit with getting back at it. I have a membership to the Family Funplex in Greeley, so if anyone wants an exercise buddy let me know!!

  2. I'd love to go workout with you! Books are hard with running, but you can always listen to them.
