Yes I am back. Steph's favorite crazy cousin. Thanks to Steph and Uncle Jeff (better know as F Jeff) I think the whole family is joining up. I better step it up.
My goals for this time...
1. Don't miss an exercise point!!
2. Lose more than I did last time.
3. Don't miss a day on the food diary. I set up my phone to alert me and it is driving me nuts!!
So I see Steph has the Fitbit. Right now I am using my phone as a pedometer... What else do people have. Do you love them and think they make a difference??
