We are all a little fruity

After 4 days of focusing on fruits and vegetables, I think we are all a little fruity. I would think my workout sweat would smell a little sweeter, but alas no, it doesn't!

Last night I did some kickboxing workouts from our Comcast on Demand. When I entered my workout on myfitnesspal, the closest one I could find indicated that 60 minutes of kickboxing burned 818 calories...yeah, I wish.

I hope you are all enjoying the stage of the challenge when you kind of want the cookie, but you realize that you don't want it nearly as much as you did 3 weeks ago.

Remember, eat all your veggies!
