Well I lost 2 pounds the first week. I was hoping for more but I have to be patient. That's where I have failed in the past. If I didn't lose like 6 or 7 pounds immediately I was frustrated and gave up! I exercised on the elliptical 5 times this week and 2 of those times I did 50 minutes! I've never done that before.
