week 2

Week 2 was kind of a killer for me workout wise. I got sick on monday with a stupid cold and every day i worked out, it got worse! By wed/thurs I had a slight fever. Needless to say, I didn't get as many workouts in as I wanted. I also had to remind myself to drink water. I just didn't want to drink at all! I stuck to my nutrition and tried not to go over my calories, and I even saw some results....small ones, but even small results are results! Here's to a better week HAHA!
