I recently saw a recipe for a fruit dip and tried it and LOVED IT. Pumpkin, cool whip (i used the coconut kind. Better for you and it tastes yummier) and vanilla pudding. I also added cinnamon and nutmeg. To my surprise, this wasnt super sweet. My kids actually ate it up like it was going out of style! Now this isn't something i would eat every day, but it was a good thing for when I was craving something sweet but not overly sweet! I dipped applea and bananas in it! I am also remembering my love for hummus! If any of you guys have a hummus recipe that you really enjoy, please share i5 with me!
