Smoothies for the win!

I, like Elise, really love my smoothies to get in a ton of veggies. I also use a kale and spinach blend. Coconut milk + banana + leafy greens = easy and fast meal.  I do get to a point where I just can't eat another bowl full of veggies, so a smoothie is a life saver.

I recall sharing this in a past health challenge, but my go to healthy snack this time of year is sliced cucumbers and tomatoes sprinkled with Tajin seasoning - because those are the vegetables coming out of my garden! I know it's not a fancy recipe but simple is how I like it.
