I LOVE summertime because it means easy grilling and more clean eating. My husband makes the best kabobs with either chicken or pork. Plus mushrooms, peppers and onions. We got more adventurous and started adding pineapple!
My eating and exercise were good but I totally flopped on the challenge and sleep points! I am a total night owl and basically dinner before 8:30 is unheard of with our tribe. Off to bed so I can get a sleep point in because it may be the only one I get all week.
