I have lost more sleep points this challenge than any other thing! I saw this poster on yahoo news today and felt like it applies to me! And all this time I just thought I had early on-set of Alzheimer's Disease. I know it is a critical part of my overall health, but the night owl in me has such a hard time putting down the book, stopping a project, and putting down the phone at night. And then when I do go to sleep it seems like there is always a kid waking me up, or me jumping out of bed and running down the hall when I have the recurring nightmare that I don't know who my husband is in the middle of the night (true story).
SLEEP. I NEED SOME.
