Thanks Sariah, you have my longing for pumpkin now. Most of which is healthy of course jk. I can't wait for fall though, it is my favorite time of year, and the best season for good long productive workouts. I will admit, same as always, I am excited to see summer go! I love the time the kids get off school, but hate feeling hot and sticky all the time. Fall is also the perfect time to bake, which makes it harder to keep those pounds off, but I recently came across a blog called mywholefoodlife.com that has a lot of no sugar added type baking. The perfect solution! All of the stuff I have tried on it so far is quite awesome considering the fact that it is missing the "american drug."
