All in...

This challenge has been great.  I notice that either I easily got in the extra fruit and veggies or I didn't eat a single one all day! Healthy eating begets healthy habits for sure.  In a related note, I loved my personal challenge too.  I chose to not eat out at least 5/7 days this week.  I saved money and eating out felt like such a huge treat rather than a result of my lack of planning.  

My healthy recipe is super simple...  I am not the best cook as you can quickly see.  One way I added fruit to my diet this week was to skip the jelly on my morning peanut butter toast and add a 1/2 cup of blueberries or a sliced banana.
