I can't believe it is already Friday! This week I have really struggled with wanting something sweet after a meal, and I'm not talking fruit. I like to bake but not the same five things the kids like, so in trying new things there are often a lot of extra to freeze or hope someone else likes. I have been using a blog that has a lot of recipes with natural sugars, but the calorie content is still high enough that I have to choose to not eat them, or workout harder/longer. Another thing that has bothered me, is that I often don't wake up hungry, a problem that usually didn't happen to me. Obviously I eat too late, so I am looking forward to next weeks challenge and waking up hungry.
