It is 1 AM, I'm not getting my sleep point tonight! In fact, I haven't gotten one yet this week...sleep is killing my score.
Anyway, today was busy. At 11 PM I trudged downstairs to the treadmill to get my hour in. While I was working out I was flipping the channels between "My Big Fat Fabulous Life,"
and "Donut Showdown."
It wasn't until my husband came down to say goodnight and started laughing at my choice of shows for workout motivation, that I realized how ironic and funny it was. Both were motivating in their own way.
Not my best workout ever, but I burned a few calories, met my goal of 10,000 steps per day, so eh, whatever works I guess.
