receipe

I use pinterest for my recipe book. I was looking through them all and not seeing anything that was super healthy. For me, when it comes to healthy eating, I cut out the eating out. I try to have my food all homemade, and I don't usually fry foods at home anyways so that is easy to cut out. I'm sure everyone has seen this recipe before, but I love it. And my 5yr old loves them too! They are an awesome replacement for the sugary snacks she usually goes for. They are the No Bake Energy Bites.
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use the mini)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
mix together, roll into bite sized bites, refrigerate to set.
You can also put coconut in them, but I'm not a fan of it so I don't.
Super easy to make, super easy to pop in your mouth as a snack alternative.
Happy healthy eating!
