Exercise

I notice I go through a series of thoughts while I get through my 60 minutes of exercise.  First I am energized to begin my workout, and this feeling lasts about 20 minutes.  The next 20 minutes I am talking myself out of finishing, telling myself 30 -40 minutes is all I need for a healthy me.  And the last 20 minutes, I am once again energized.  I can see the finish line, and I know I will feel a sense of accomplishment when the workout is over.

At the end of week 5, I have lost the momentum.  I am still doing everything I need to do to get my points, but I am loosing steam.  I know this is just my halfway slump, and once week 7 rolls around, I will be pumped up to finish.

  1. I feel the same way working out, I do better at the classes because I know o can't quit early with 20 other people watching!
