Eating eating eating.....

The last 2 weeks have been a battle between me and food and I am losing! Big time.  I have been awesome at getting 6 sessions of 60 minutes in a week.  I have even met my original goal of waking up early and running several times a week.  Now it is time to conquer my eating habits that got a bit out of control the past week or so!
