p-90x3

So today I did P-90x3 its a different from the original version...how? I dont know. I have never done any of the P-90x workouts! Its been like an hour and I feel sore in certain spots! I may become addicted to this workout!

    Did you find these online? I've heard good things, and I'm tempted to buy them rather than find bits and pieces on Pinterest.
