Loving Exercise

I think the most important thing for exercise is finding something that you love, and that you will keep doing long term because you enjoy it.  I personally love to dance, so a Zumba type workout is great for me.  I would do it everyday if I could...I'm always excited to go and it leaves me with a smile on my face.  I have a few workout videos that I absolutely dread...because they are painful, or long, or boring.  I know that I won't keep up with them long term.
What are you guys finding that you LOVE?  Have you found a workout that you look forward to doing?

  1. Amen sista! Those dreadfully long workout videos are always better with a friend, or I listen to a comedian on pandora (to ensure you keep that core tight), or if I know the video well enough I watch a movie next to it.

  2. We played ultimate Frisbee with another couple and with Katelyn and Kylie last week and it was so much fun! I got a great workout but it was definitely play for me. I loved it! I love playing sports for exercise: soccer, softball, frisbee, tennis, etc. I just need to do it more!
