Being Strong

Wow, so glad this week is over. That challenge was super hard for me. I LOVE sugar and treats.  And my problem is when I have one, i only crave more.  I feel like there is no way I could only eat one.  So this challenge was hard but it was also super good for me so I could prove to myself that yes, I could have one cookie and be done. And I did it. I am more strong than I thought. And once I had only one treat one day, it was easier to do so the other days. So I feel about my eating choices this week, but again, I am glad this week is over!
