Exercise

I've been doing great with exercise this week.  I tried a new class for me at my gym: deep water running!  Hurt my foot running on the treadmill so the water class was good.  I keep expecting this whole weight loss thing to be easier than it is though.  I'm doing great at exercise, but the eating is my biggest problem.  Gotta figure that one out.
