Planning and Preparing

     I have definitely learned that being healthy takes a lot of preparation and planning! Last week I didn't prepare as well as I should and I lost some easy points. Every day I have to think about how I am going to fit in that one hour of exercise. I have to try to plan around that hour. Also, if I get lazy and put off shopping I will net be prepared with healthy food and snacks. Anyways, keep up the hard work everyone!
