Protein Balls

Right before Christmas I decided to jump on the Pinterest homemade Protein ball/bar band wagon and tried these out.  I am a cookie-aholic and these satisfied that craving but after two servings I was good, whereas with cookies it takes me like 7+.  My kids loved them.  I can eat one in the afternoon or after a late night workout and feel good.  There are a billion different versions of these on Pinterest, but we liked this one.

  1. I don't know why these make me nervous to try and make...I always see recipes floating around but I've never dared to try them out...so do you eat them frozen?
