Hey guys! My name is Sarah and this is my second Stephanie challenge. I have thee boys and a baby girl. I finished the last challenge back in October, then ran a half marathon a week later and yes...that was the last time I ran or exercised until this week. The holidays didn't help my diet either. I guess I need challenges and races to keep me motivated to work out and eat right.
Anyway, I'm ready to stop making excuses.
