I'm so excited to get this challenge going again! We have a great group spanning over Colorado, Utah and Idaho. I would like to give a shout-out to my little bro Weston, who is facing his life-long fear of green vegetables head on by participating in this challenge for the first time!
I think most of you know me, so I'll skip an introduction and just go right into my goals for this challenge.
1. I plan not to miss an exercise point ever!
2. I would like to lose 15 lbs.
3. I would like to fit in a certain pair of my jeans comfortably again.
Life took some interesting twist and turns the last few months, and it wasn't so easy, unfortunately, I'm not a person that loses weight when I'm stressed. I'm not thrilled about my starting point at this challenge, but I'm trying to have a good attitude and just move forward...I can only go up from here (but hoping my starting numbers go down)!
