Hi everyone, I'm Cindy. I live in Greeley, Colorado which is where I met Stephanie and Elise before they both moved. :( I've done several of these challenges in the past and usually get very competitive. I've been in a slump lately and decided this was the kick in the booty I needed to re-establish some of my nearly-forgotten good habits.
I am a stay at home mom to two kiddos--a 4 year old daughter and almost 2 year old son. I've recently started doing some freelance book editing and got a job as a copy editor for an independent horror publisher. Horror isn't exactly my genre-of-choice, but it's been great experience and I'm learning a lot. With my new job, consistent exercise has gone out the window. I've decided lately that even though I'm busier than I used to be, I need to decide to make exercise a priority. I've gone from working out 5-6 times per week to 1-2 times per week. I went to zumba class on Saturday and really felt how out of shape I am, which is sad because I usually rock at zumba. ;)
My goals for this challenge:
1-Get all (or at least most) of my exercise points.
2-Stop snacking on junk food after the kids are in bed.
3-Lose 10 pounds.
