Hello all! We are freezing up here in South Dakota! No outside for me!
I am not the best of finding workouts at home. So, I've done a couple days of YouTube Zumba videos....doing squats while washing dishes....standing instead of sitting...really anything that helps me burn a few more calories.
What do you guys do when you are stuck in doors? I am not a huge fan of workout videos...
