Keep It Up

I found this online today and I like it! 

Sometimes after a couple days of clean eating and good workouts I just want to be back to healthy, of course it takes longer than that, and sometimes the scale or tape measure doesn't reflect your hard work.  My advice is:

Trust the process and trust yourself!  I have to remind myself that this is a life-long journey for me, there is no finish line.  I just know that the daily healthy choices help me feel better and that keeps me going.
