With every diet and lifestyle change there is always the 'honeymoon' phase. You know, the first few weeks when everything is going smoothly and you find joy and fulfillment in working out and eating healthy!?! Yep - that's where we all are! I had a GREAT first week and it sounds like a lot of you in the challenge did too!! I hope we are all this dedicated and happy about our new goals AFTER the honeymoon phase is over!
