1 C Oatmeal
2/3 C Coconut ( I used extra oatmeal and omit)
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Ground Flax Seed
1/2 C Chocolate Chips (mini work best)
1/3 C Honey
1 Teas Vanilla
1 Tab Chia Seeds (optional)mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and chill stores in airtight container for up to 1 week.
Loving all the recipes! Cant wait to try them, always needing new ones. We are trying to go gluten free at my house for my son and have been struggling with new dinner ideas. Headed out of town for the weekend so it might be tough to eat right! At least Ive been getting my exercise in, Ive gotten 20 of my exercise points so far but have a few more days to get the rest. Must get back in shape and loose this awful weight.
