UGH

Well I sure haven't done as well as I thought I would. In fact I have debated whether or not to just quit a few times but I have decided to give it another try. Week 1 I only earned 60 points and week 2 I only earned 42. I am putting it out there for all to see that my goal this week is 75 points. Maybe this way I will be more motivated to meet my goal.

  1. Don't feel bad my week 1 was only like 23 points or something. I think the fact that it is making you think about it more throughout the week is better no matter what the points end up being. I had the same thoughts though, especially when I saw just how low my points were but then I thought, 'well you weren't doing it on your own, so even if you don't get the points at least you are thinking about what you are eating and more thoughtful about fitting in a workout, so you might as well stick with it.'

    The real price will be making better habits and losing weight not the necessarily winning the contest :)
