Spring Slim Down Challenge

Hello my name is Brenda I grew up with Stephanie. I am so excited for this journey. This is my third time, the 1st time I was very successful and proud of myself the second time not so much.  I am a mother of two crazy teens and I am married to the most amazing person I have ever met. I am excited for this journey in hopes to gain back my confidence and just be a healthier mother and wife
