I'm Whitney Frandsen and Stephanie is my cousin. I thought she was so cool when we were growing up and wanted to be just like her.
I love to exercise and be outdoors. I am so ready for warm weather and excited for an adventure filled summer. I find comfort in food and am looking to reign in my eating habits. I am glad to share this journey with everyone.
Hopefully you can give us all some exercise tips! You are rocking the cross fit!!!
