Fruits and Veggies

I love produce, so eating fruits and veggies isn't usually difficult, but there are days when it just doesn't happen.  When I was on last year's challenge I tried V8 to get some of my vegetable servings and found I really liked it.  So why don't you give it a try and see if it is something that would work for you to add healthy vegetable servings to your diet.
