This week was a little better. I had a family reunion this weekend I brought healthy snacks, my family didn't I blame them for tempting me. This next challenge will be good for me eating after dinner is a horrible habit for me. I'm also hoping for ideas this week for healthy low calorie snacks any recommendations ??

  1. So a snack I've been liking lately is to make a lettuce wrap using a string cheese and a slice of turkey...wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf. I've also kind of been liking turkey jerky lately. Carrots or celery dipped in hummus. And if I need something salty, I like the pretzel thins salt and pepper flavored. You can eat 6-7 of those for only 60 calories. Popcorn! Greek yogurt with berries. Those are the first that come to mind.
