If I'm not in the kitchen, I'm not eating. That is pretty much how things have been for me during this challenge. Problem is, I'm in the kitchen a lot. So, to help boost my weight loss this week, I'm planning on staying out of the kitchen, except for meals and snacks. This means the dishes won't be done at my house this week. Some of you just imagined a counter piled high of dirty dishes, but I'm not doing that either. We're going paper and plastic this week! Judge me all you want for destroying the environment. I need this.
