Something NEW!!

When Steph issued this challenge last time I about croaked...Me try something new!!
It was my best challenge EVER!! I don't even know if I lost weight but I found something new.  Steph actually posted It was a Barre workout. 
I now try to do a workout off this website every other day.  They are FREE!!!! FUN!!!! and some are only 5 minutes long.
