Successful challenge, but i'm ready to be done

Some things I've learned from the challenge:
Mindful eating makes a big difference.
Eating out really piles on the calories.
I like to exercise!
Being accountable--to a group or even My Fitness Pal--helps keep me on track.
I can do it!
Thanks Stephanie for everything you've done to make this a fun challenge, especially your videos!!
