A question

Hello fellow challengers!
Here's my question to all:  Of all the point categories in the challenge, which is the most difficult for you to earn the maximum number of points?  For me, the categories I usually lose points in are drinking 64 oz of water daily and getting 7 hours of sleep nightly (and I don't even have littles at home!)  One thing I love about this challenge is it's not just about losing weight, but about adopting good life habits and being more thoughtful about our choices.  Keep up the good work everyone!

  1. Sleep is the hardest for me. Followed by exercise and logging food.

  2. Sleep! I regularly miss 1 or 2 sleep points each week!

  3. Logging every bite of food is the hardest for me, but since it's worth a whopping 25 points I do it anyway!!

  4. Sleep used to be a challenge for me because I LOVE to stay up late, finish projects, enjoy the peace and quite, and go to bed with a clean house. Since this challenge has started though and because I knew it would be a struggle for me I make plans to go to bed early and wake up earlier. I don't like it as much because kids can wake up and throw off my groove at any moment, but I have gotten enough sleep to be able to happily shrug it off. I absolutely despise logging food though, and if we didn't get two days off each week I'd probably fail miserably.

  5. I can say this much...This is my second challenge, at first it was sleep and logging food. I can say that by this point it is all becoming habit. Even the sleep. Did you hear that healthy habits!!
