Spring Slim Down Challenge: Just fishing

Went fishing did some walking didn't catch squat...it was perfect!

How To Earn Points

1. Log Food

Log everything you eat for 5 points for each day, up to 6 days per week. 30 points possible.

2. Daily Exercise

Up to 5 points per day/ 5 days per week.

10 min. = 1 point

20 min. = 2 points

30 min. = 3 points

40 min. = 4 points

50 min. = 5 points

3. Water

Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day. One point a day if accomplished. (1-7 points)

4. Sleep

Sleep at least 7 hours per day. One point a day if accomplished (1-7 points)

5. Weekly Group Challenge

Complete 5/7 days for 10 points, all or nothing.

6. Weekly Personal Goal

One point for each day accomplished, 5/7 days. (1-5 points)

7. Weekly Weigh-In and Measure

Weigh in and measure one day each week for 5 points.

8. Blog

10 Points

Points at the end for Weight/Inches Lost:

10 points rewarded for every percentage of lbs. and inches lost. 10 points rewarded weekly for maintained weight after you hit your ultimate goal.
