We are down to the wire! Hang in there. Dig deep. I just got done watching an incredible game 7 in the NBA playoffs. If a super old guy, Lebron James (age 33) can do it, then so can I! 3 days. No sugars, not late night binges. 3 more hard days of work outs. We got this
