So here we are back for another challenge! Welcome to everyone that is new! My name is Stephanie and I live in Colorado. I'm excited to start another challenge. The challenge I did before Christmas was very successful for me, and then my weight loss has kind of stalled...so I've been at this plateau long enough and I'm ready to start losing again. We are moving shortly after the end of this challenge and I think it would be great to start out at a new place feeling healthy and confident.
Here are my goals this time around:
1. Lose 15 pounds
2. Never miss an exercise point.
3. Get 10,000 steps a day on my Fitbit at least 6 days per week
Also, I challenge all of you to take some before pictures, and then some progress pictures along the way. It is motivating to literally see the changes right before your eyes!
